近期，蘇州市質(zhì)量發(fā)展委員會辦公室公布了2023年蘇州市質(zhì)量提升微創(chuàng)新成果競賽獲獎名單，
慕貝爾太倉公司選送的課題《油泵彈簧側(cè)向力不良改善提升》榮獲二等獎！

慕貝爾太倉公司氣門彈簧工藝開發(fā)及項目經(jīng)理王鐵強先生已為慕貝爾中國服務(wù)逾10年。此次由
他主導(dǎo)的《油泵彈簧側(cè)向力不良改善提升》項目，在原有德國工藝的基礎(chǔ)上對關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進一步
深入分析，以及對生產(chǎn)工藝的調(diào)整，經(jīng)過項目團隊近一年的努力，綜合運用了六西格瑪管理的
多種工具，最終使得產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性得到進一步提升。
該項目是典型的國產(chǎn)化項目，打破了傳統(tǒng)的照搬歐洲經(jīng)驗的固有思維，以技術(shù)為導(dǎo)向，成立本
土化的技術(shù)團隊，有針對性地提升技術(shù)能力，解決技術(shù)難題，在傳統(tǒng)的成本優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上，進
一步提升了國產(chǎn)化項目的技術(shù)價值。

Recently, the Office of Suzhou Quality Development Committee announced the winners
of the 2023 Suzhou Quality Improvement Micro-Innovation Achievement Competition,
and the project "Improving the poor lateral force of oil pump spring" selected by Mubea
Taicang Company won second prize!
As a German company with a century-old history, Mubea has always adhered to a focus-
ed corporate culture and is committed to providing lightweight designs and production
of automotive parts.
Mr. Wang Tieqiang, process development and Project Manager of Mubea Taicang Valve
Spring, has been serving Mubea China for more than 10 years. The project "Improvement
of poor lateral force of oil pump spring" was led by him, based on the original German
process, further in-depth analysis of key parameters, and then adjustment of the produ-
ction process. After nearly a year of effort from the project team, with comprehensive us-
e of a variety of tools of six Sigma management, they were finally able to improve the pr-
oduct quality stability.
This project is a typical localization project, which breaks the traditional inherent thinking
of learning from European experience, is technology-oriented, establishes a localized tech
nical team, improves technical capabilities in a targeted manner, solves technical problems
, and further enhances the technical value of localization projects, rather than just regional
advantages on cost aspect.
Mubea will continue to improve the quality of products and processes, enhance innovati-
on, continue to explore and practice quality management methods and models, thereby
laying a solid foundation for Suzhou to deepen the construction of a strong quality city
and contribute to the development of China's auto market!
